U.S. House Votes to Allow Cable Providers to Throttle Internet
I know what you are saying Mike and I agree with you. I was just going a bit off tangent with the 'tier' subject. I was speaking of it because my ISP was talking of charging by the bandwidth used and that would have raised my bill to receive the same amount of service I currently enjoy. Fortunately the consumers spoke up and they dropped the idea.
