You can reset the NT database with: Tools > Options > Data > Reset DB. But, I have always found that this operation takes way too long (sometimes hours), after the db has been in use for several weeks. I think the NT programmers are mainly C# programmers and not SQL developers, so they may not know how to write efficient SQL queries to manipulate the database, therefore their SQL query/delete statements may be very slow to execute. Instead of using this procedure to reset the database from within NT, I just shutdown NT and replace the current database which has grown too large and inefficient with a small, clean, fresh database from a baseline backup.
