Thanks for continuing to be so responsive from start to finish on this indi. You are incredible and your indi works perfectly!! I'm just fine tuning the inputs per pair and will post pics today. I really appreciate all your help through this.
Just for my own info, can you tell me what the diff indicator parts are each most responsive to:
[ Fantail 1 +3 - Kama - VMA - SidhuMA ]. Thanks once again for all you have done to help me.

Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
I got really clean pics with minute charts, BUT when I switched to my synthetic bars (no time, has tails, with bar bodies only 1 1/2 to 3 pips - then indi not so clean, more spotty than I like. Still looking, any feedback appreciated.
all MAs are written for time bar so it's not surprise that you see less smooth when using other type of charts. Well it worths a try but it is what it is.
Thanks again for everything. A quick question. Can you decipher MT4 and code from MT4 into NT7 ? I think I can get the code for the original indicator that I showed you pictures of at the beginning of this journey. It is supposed to give the same degree of accuracy on synthetic non time bars like mine. Please let me know if your interested. And again, thanks for all your patience and help. I really appreciate it.
Thanks again for everything. I really understand and agree with you, the likelihood of success is too low to warrant any further work for synthetic bar charts. I do hope people will use the indi as you have made it for time charts. It works really nicely there! I hope people give it a try with whatever else they use.
It seems that the problem lies within me not your wonderful indi! The more I get used to it and learn how to adjust it's inputs for these synthetic bars, the better it seems to get. I have a short work day today, so I'll tinker more with it later on today and as soon as I am finished I'll post the new pics again. For me at least, there is definitely a steep learning curve to learn the intracacies of inputs for this indi.
Thanks once again for all your patience. It really is an amazingly versatile indi that can even deal with my synthetic bars.
I'm working on it and your indi is really dramatically better than I thought it could be - I'm trying to specialize the inputs for each par with my synthetic bars and it's looking great!
quick question - My synthetic bars actually are produced on the open ( the bar body is produced when the bar 1st appears and the bar body does not change, even as price changes until a new bar body is produced, either in the same or opposite direction) - is it possible to change the indi to appear based on the open not the close? The indi now as it is, plots up to the prior bar not the current bar. I tried to simply change the input "calculate on bar close" to "false" hoping that would work - I only got a straight line accross the chart.
All of my indicators are programmed to start on the appearance of each new bar - I opened up the code to a few and they say the following:
/// <summary>
/// Called on each bar update event (incoming tick)
/// </summary>
protected override void OnBarUpdate()
{
/// <summary>
/// This method is used to configure the indicator and is called once before any bar data is loaded.
/// </summary>
protected override void Initialize()
/// <summary>
/// This method is used to configure the indicator and is called once before any bar data is loaded.
/// </summary>
protected override void Initialize()
{
{
I hope this helps - if you need anything else please holler. And of course thank you so much for all your help.
