I journal rather regularly, but have never published my thoughts before.

Of the contracts I trade, ZF has been the most inscrutable. Sometimes I gets the bear, but all too often the bear gets me.

Let's hope that publishing what passes for logic to me may help us all.

There were two trades today

1. The one that got away at 0900 ET:

Madame Lagarde was still speaking and scared me off.


2. The double bottom that I caught at 1044 ET:

I don't often take double entries, but the average daily range for ZF had already been exceeded and I was betting the trend lower would not continue. The stop for both trades was 2 ticks below the Low of Day and price only went lower by one tick. Lucky me.

This was the best ZF trade so far this week.
