Good morning
I am totally new to programming on NT8 and I am French and despite google translation, everything is not clear so I post here.
Under MT4/MT5 it is easy to use the iCustom() function to import the value of an indicator into its code because to call the indicator you must enter ALL the inputs and the output is ordered from 1 to n.
But with NT8, I can't do anything and the only examples I find are for simple indicators (SMA, RIS) for example which only return one value.
I would like to call this indicator tradedevils-indicators.com/collections/frontpage/products/orderflow-buy-sell-momentum to be able to exploit its MomenumShort and MomentumLong But I don't know how to do it.
I don't even know the inputs I have to enter because the window contains so much information (colors, sizes, separate chart, etc.)
Do you have some pieces of code with calls to indicators that return several results. And could you tell me which inputs to enter in my calls or not to enter, such as the color for example.
Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.
For information, this indicator has a free period during which I asked support how to proceed but I was told that they did not know!!!
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
In NT8 you will need to call an instance of the indie you are using values gto calcualte. something like
orderFlowMomentum(this, MomentumShort, MomentumLong, value1, value2, value3);
and then IF the indies properties have been exposed in script then you use exposed variables/values to validate other functions in your script.
@trendisyourfriend, it's good that you could help out, and there is really no problem with a quick note in French that will more easily understood by @bicou.
But in general, it is best to only use English in the English sections of the forum, so you can be more widely understood.
I sympathize with non-English speakers and wish there were a better way, and I realize Google Translate, for all its virtues, is not perfect. But it may be the best we have. Let's see if @erwinbeckers can be of help. (In English.)
Good luck to all with this question.
Bob.

Thank you for your understanding..
Indeed, google translation is very good for all that is of a general nature, but as soon as terms specific to a domain, without being technical, are used, they are literally translated and it quickly becomes incomprehensible.
NinjaTrader allows you to use our Buy/Sell Momentum Indicator within another indicator or an automated strategy. This is made possible through several plots that are exported, which can be used by developers.
An additional tip that is not widely known is to open up the NinjaTrader databox window to study all plot values for each bar/indicator. This can be helpful in identifying the specific plot values you're looking for.
Please note that our company doesn't offer programming support. However, there are many resources available on the NinjaTrader website and online to help you get started with C# programming.
Thank you for your reply.
I fully understand that at only 279 euros per indicator and due to the large number of indicators you offer for sale, you do not provide programming support but a simple example per indicator where you specify everything that the 'we can recover by code would have been welcome and a lot better seller for beginners like me.
Indeed there are good sites or forums to learn C# but how to get an answer when you don't know how to ask the question?
Thanks for the tip but what is displayed is not available in the code editor dropdowns in the same terms.
