AI-Generated Content:

• Fi uses multiple industry-leading AI models to generate responses

Your Privacy & Data Protection:

• No training on your data — we do not use your Fi conversations to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models. We select commercial API tiers that contractually prohibit using your inputs and outputs for model training, and we enable no-training options wherever available
• No resale of your data — we do not sell, license, rent, or otherwise commercially distribute your Fi conversation data to any third party
• Third-party AI providers — your messages are processed by third-party AI providers under commercial agreements that prohibit model training on API data by default. Providers may retain data temporarily (typically 30–55 days) solely for abuse monitoring and safety, after which it is deleted
• What we collect — usage metrics (session counts, message volumes, response times, per-account cost tracking) for service monitoring, and technical logs for debugging and security, retained for a limited period

Acceptable Use:

• You may not use Fi to generate content that violates applicable law, circumvent safety filters or rate limits, transmit malware or prompt injection attacks, generate spam or market-manipulative content, impersonate others, or submit sensitive personal information of third parties
• Violation may result in suspension or termination of access to Fi and/or NexusFi

Limitation of Liability:

• Fi is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Fi
• No guarantee of profits or protection from losses
