Recommended Brokers for Russian Government Bonds

Would anyone here be able to recommend a brokerage that offers Russian government bonds? I'm not looking to trade these bonds, but buy and hold for anywhere from 6 months to 2 years, so a broker that doesn't charge monthly fees - or charges the bare minimum - would also be desirable.

I dont think so.At least not with retail brokerage outside Russia (exept some russian brokers registered in EU - Latvia / Cyprus).But you can do ,,almost'' the same thing - just ... sell USD/RUB You will get free account,swap points... and laverage
