In my opinion, if you can trade correctly any instrument....just 1 instrument, you can trade any other instrument.
You know they call CL the widow maker, so you might want to study it 1st and be aware of news related to CL.
I have traded CL, dont tarde it actively these days..my sweet spot is NQ...i think it moves much faster than CL.
It helps if the instrument has Volume, rather than instruments which do not have volume like Fx.
The best book i loved and showed me what is the market is Master the Trade- Tom Williams. I think you can google it , though i feel one should buy it
