Storj - Can money be made?

As a side project, I became interested in STORJ mainly because I have about 300TB of storage at my house, most of it entirely unused.

Can money be made and is it a good ROI?

I am going to document it here best I can.

You start by becoming a node, registering for your API token:

You need to create an identity first:

It's very straightforward.

This part took a few minutes on my server, to create the identity.

They have a docker image, so I'll be using this for the actual node.
