I am trying to replicate the linear regression channel indicator that is available in Esignal, in the Tradestation platform to be used in a system. The thing is I use it differently than most people. In Esignal you can put a zero in the time period box and basically it calculates a regression channel based on all of the available data. So if I look at a daily chart and I have 5 years of data, a regression would be calculated on the entire amount of data. The same would go for intraday data. I realize people may question why I want to do this and that's fine. I am not asking for validation, I am just wondering if there is an indicator that is currently available that will allow me to do this and if notwould it be possible to have someone code this in Tradestation? Thanks.
