Hello

I want to compare the RSI(Length)) value to the RSI(Length) value of the proceeding bar period. How can i do that.

RSI option is only for the number of period to do the calculation ( length). I need the value for another period than the actual one.

Any hint?

Martin

You can place a bar index after a var to get the dataseries value of 'x' bars ago, like:

Code

if Close Close[1]

or

if
myVar myVar[1
etc etc.

Mike

Use RSI(length)[0] to get the RSI value for the current bar

Use RSI(length)[1] to get the RSI value for the previous bar
