So, I've once-upon-a-time started a thread ( on nexusfi.com (formerly BMT) specific to my ES journey, but got lazy and switched my workspace/system so many times I could barley keep up with myself, let alone share with other members. I did well, probably broke even on most occasions w/out commissions of course as I was only trading on the simulator. At this point, I've been trading on the simulator for almost 6 months--some might argue I need more time, but I think I'm closer to being ready than not...
Completely unrelated to my multiple workspaces/systems, I've recently switched to the CL for a number of reasons. Like many other converts I enjoy the fact that the market moves quicker than the ES, and I like the huge swings and price action as a result.
This might be too early to start a journal, but I thought sharing the entire journey and growth would be more beneficial than just "waiting" until I got it right where I felt comfortable with performance.
I've recently "funded" an account with Mirus, but have not gone live yet. I wired the money on Tuesday, and nearly ready to move live. I'm expecting the best, and continue to be very grateful for all the support from the forum.
Feel free to comment on anything and everything. I would appreciate all input/feedback. I'll explain my current workspace in the following thread. However, don't expect me to stay with this for too long, I tend to move around a lot with indicators, which is part of my problem. Once I go live, I will be sure to notify the thread of the charts vs. simulator.
