I was wondering about you the other day. I'm very sorry about your wife. I didn't know or at least i don't recall. I hope you're holding up. I'm sure that can be very draining.
This is the only general trading forum of which I am an member. Never needed to go anywhere else. I dont have any other general trading forum to compare as a member, but I have seen a page here and there after googling a particular topic. Many of the inquiries lead me back to futures.io (formerly BMT). That makes a statement about the scope of futures.io (formerly BMT)'s reach, and about the frequency and quality of members post.
Webinars are consitently high quality. These in themselves have proved to be a valuable resourse. Being a member of futures.io (formerly BMT) has accelerated my learning curve in technical trading enormously, and is a significant factor in contributing to where I am today.
My only concern is that Mike dosent have a succession plan in place for futures.io (formerly BMT) for when he decides to move on to other endeavors.
prognosis is good, officially in remission, she has yet another surgery today to prevent cancer from spreading to some other parts, more preventive than corrective, hopefully this should be the last surgery. thanks for the kind thoughts. like trading, beating cancer is a lot about stacking the odds in your favor, but being aggressive against cancer can bring on side effects, just have to weigh the risk/reward of each action, health risk mgt.
Thanks for running an awesome forum Mike. I don't visit as much as I used to but futures.io (formerly BMT) definitely helped me in my path as a trader. I have easily had my elite membership cost back in education and resources.
Looking at the original members that are still active, I'm not surprised. This is one of the few places on the net that discusses important stuff like risk management and trading plans.
