would like to present latest educational training video, which reviews trade examples from the past few days covering instruments such as the ES, CL, TF, 6E and more.
Just subscribed last night and so far so good, it works good on SIM
The most important rule to follow is to always enter and exit the trades NOT on the signal right away but instead wait for the pullback to the 10-period EMA, this rule makes or breaks your results
Also, the indicator works best on time based charts
Hi,
Prior to joining futures.io (formerly BMT), I had subscribed to Rampage. The past 4 weeks I have tested both Rampage and U11 extensively-Rampage and U11 signals match perfectly(well, almost).
Where they don't match(very rarely) its always a max of bar or two difference in marking signals and neither can be said to catch the trend early on as there are few where Rampage catches first and few others where U11 does.
See attached images for various TFs with both Rampage and U11 in the charts for two instruments Zinc and Silver(Exchange:MCX(India)).
Both were tested with default settings. In fact, Rampage doesn't provide any configuration options. This made my testing easier as this rules out the possibility of there being some config changes which could produce relatively superior results.
I agree they may look similar but if you add the 10 EMA and RVOL to Rampage you may see a whole new picture
But of course if SuperTrend is working for you and you are getting good results then stick with it
I subscribed to Rampage yesterday and caught 15 ES ticks and so far today, I caught 10 ZB ticks. Customer service is great with questions. It is simple, but you need to evaluate the chart and not blindly take trades.
I am using the 3 minute chart and I like what I see so far.
I took 2 sim trades after the 10:00 AM news and both were winners
I use 3-minute chart with 10 EMA and the 4 range MTA with RVOL
Long on blue bot, blue price bar, blue MTA, blue RVOL bar and pullback to 10-EMA
Vice versa for short
Target 7 ticks and close trade on change of direction in MTA or color of dots or my stop
Using both RVOL and MTA to filter out trades is great because they keep you out of chop
And also RVOL will sometimes signal change of trend before the dots switch color so you don't re-enter with the dots while the market is reversing direction
I was so scared to trade live today but in hindsight....well....
I may start a trade journal once I go live just to stay honest to my plan
