Many of you have inquired, since my entry into an exercise program, about the desirability of continuing with a program of rigorous physcial exercise. As a now expert in this field I want to advise you that exercise is essential to good health, both physical as well as mental. But, one must undertake a program with an eye toward moderation and start at a low level and gradually build up to world class activity. Here, below, is my advice on how to begin and follow through on a program.
Warm regards to all,
THIS IS NOT AS EASY AS IT LOOKS
And please feel free to pass this on to all your acquaintances 50 years of age and older.
Cardiovascular Exercise
The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.
If you're over 50, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina. Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.
Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

NOW SCROLL UP..
That's enough for the first day. Great job.
