I've been working on a multi-timeframe momentum strategy focused on the ADXVMA for a few months now. It uses 4 Range bars for entries and 11 range bars for filters. No secrets, the code is below (keep it amongst the Elite brothers and sisters please).
Changes from previous version:
1. Advanced divergence removed, simple divergence optimized, fix divergence bug.
2. Add DM trend filter to all time frames.
3. Add additional MA.
4. Improved markers mechanism with the addition of dynamic offset based on ATR.
5. Add background options.
6. CPU performance should be approximately 20% better after code optimization.
The indicator provides real time analysis of user defined set of conditions which can be enabled separately for up to four time frames simultaneously, the result is real-time true/false signal for the selected combination.
Features:
Current intra bar trend direction.
Current intra bar counter trend direction.
Four selectable MAs for each TF with user defined slope or rising/falling.

Inspired by my time in Felton Trading live trading room, this ind. is a multi selectable MA(currently BMCollectiveMAv2, EMA, EMADouble, TEMA, EMAZeroLag, HATEMAZeroLag, TEMAZeroLag, HMA, HoltEMA, JMA, LinReg, SMA, TMA, TSF, VWMA, WMA) with offset bands based on ATR, Range, or Tick. Besides being pretty, this ind. when properly "matched" to the instrument it gives a good indication of direction change. Obviously, no guarantee for how long.
Exported from NT.0.1000.2
V2: Added more MAs as listed above. Can now access MA value. Added some extra options. Upper & Lower plots change color to match shading, when not set to Transparent.
***Note*** After you import this Chart style, you will have to re-start NinjaTrader. ***End Note***
I tried using an indicator that was built to plot multi-period candles but I found it was resource "heavy".
Additionally the indicator had some issues when used on different Trading Hour Templates.
The result was to modify the "Box" Chart Style that was built into NT-8 to plot a Candlestick.
The default color choices were based on my preferences for Black background charts,
You will need to decide on your own preferences and then save them as a default on your platform.
Special thanks are due to @TWDsje (aka SpeculatorSeth) for his coding expertise in completing this task.

Minor Update -- Remove Print statement as noted by bobc635, thanks 2/2/2018
This is the NT8 version of NT7 MultiREMA which is described in full in the NT7 section here. There are no additional features or enhancements.
The indicator will be installed in a folder "Cheech". The REMA indicator will be installed in the Indicator folder.
Note: The default alpha setting for the Trend Plot is set to 0.1 to match the REMA setting as supplied by Ninjatrader. The default setting for the NT7 version for the same plot is 0.05 as was indicated in the article. Adjust accordingly.

get an import error otherwise. This is a very "Heady" but most powerful tool. Awesome work!!
