Hi!

I'm currently testing MultiCharts with an AMP/CQG demo account.
Last week it did well. But today I don't get any data from before I started MultiCharts. RealTime-Data is ticking in but nothing from before MultiCharts was running and when I reload the data I'm seeing the bars from today from the reload time on. But I can load historical data from last week...

After problem shooting for almost an hour I decided to ask in the AMP support chat, mind that I'm not a customer there by now. Well, after beginning to describe my problem, an AMP representative immediately told me, that it is a known MultiCharts issue and "they" are on it. He also assured me the problem is not on my side.

Does that happen often?

bye
pema

I talked to MultiCharts. They told me that it is a problem with the CQG-Api wich is used in the MultiCharts.Net SE version.
They are working on a fix but yesterday morning they talked of a couple of days for the new MultiCharts version that should include the fix.

In the meantime I'm checking out Sierra Charts...
That has the incredible charme that I'm able to run it on wine in linux.
If I had known that earlier...
