NT7 1000.5 is required as of 6/3/11 by the CME. Check with your broker as to what the problem is. Do you have right month chosen.

I was using July for the month. The same one with version .04. Thanks for the reply. I will check with the broker.

I have XP on my machine and upgraded to NT 7.0.1000.5 from Beta v .2 with no problems. I trade CL as well as futures and SI (Silver). My computer is only an Intel Core 2 Duo, not the strongest or newest CPU in town. All my Custom indicators migrated as well. Maybe something corrupted during download and a new try will fix it.

Sorry I can't be of more help.
Good luck

Its good to hear its working for you with XP. Sounds like it shouldn't be a problem. Did you delete all your folders first before loading version 05?

Thanks for the reply.

Mike and Lolu-

I deleted my NT7 folder when doing the upgrade thinking that was part of an uninstall and lost all of my templates and workspaces. Just a warning for the forum. Thanks for your help.

if you have a backup copy you can restore from it.

I saved all indicators and templates of interest to me and deleted all other NT files and folders from the computer before downloading v.1000.5. and dropping the saved files on the new NT.
I use an application called '"Revo Uninstaller" that searches and removes every reference file and folder left behind in the hard disk by the regular Ninja uninstaller (or other uninstallers).
