O.K... I am getting a pop up message that says " ...can't be deleted. This file is likely referenced by other NinjaScript files and these dependencies need to be removed first". I believe the corrupted indicator is ADXVMA_internal_SharkeyPkg.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
You could possibly try going to your indie folder, and sorting via date. If you have recently developed this problem and want to get back to a working state. And find any indies that you added recently that may have some dependencies.
Open any indicator and compile it. You will get an error. Double click on the error and it will open the indicator/strategy that is causing the problem. Then you can take whatever action is necessary to fix the problem. You need to delete all indicators pertaining to/within the one you think is causing the problem.
Thanks for the help! I have XP, and I am not finding BIN sortable by date. I did however scroll over icons and delete anything that had a date from the latest listed. It did not seem to aliviate the problem. Any other suggestions? Do I have to restart the computer\Ninja program in order for the deletions to fully activate? I think I have ID'ed the culprit...Any other way to delete that specific indicator? As a last resort, is anyone aware of any qualified service available to take remote control of my computer and rectify the problem? Thanks again for the help!
@praxxis
Open bin folder, Open custom folder, Open indicator folder, Upper left click view, pop up window, click details, then click on date modified, click the arrow to toggle the date back and forth.
Sorry guys, I might be dumb but these instructions are to be done within Ninjatrader??
....Go to control panel > tools > Edit indicator > (pop up window) >click indicator > click on any indicator of your choice > click F5 to compile
I have NT 7.0.1000.7, and don't see anything to do with control panel? Any help would be appreciated. I get this same error when I try to import, export and remove script.
Thanks
When you double click on the error it should take you to it.
It is really hard to tell what the problem is with this limited info...could you make some screenshots?
