For the chart you have used a session template which displays the ETH session. The Auto setting selects RTH pivots for index futures. You cannot display RTH pivots on an ETH template.
If you want to display ETH pivots, you can use that ETH template but will need to set the indicator to ETH.
Your chart shows
-> RTH pivots from the ETH session, which are ETH pivots
-> uses the close instead of the settlement price, as supplied by daily data from CQG
So you have got near-correct ETH pivots (1 tick of due to the difference between settlement/close).
If you want false pivots, you need to select the session template 24/7. The pivots are now false for all instruments. There is no instrument where the trading times as per contract specifications start at 0:00 AM EST.
With 24/7 the yesterday's high and low are calculated from the period 0:00 AM until 0:00 AM. As you have false highs and lows, your pivots will be false as well. The high of 1343 shown on your chart was made at 4:40 AM EST and is neither the ETH nor the RTH high.
Your chart has RTH (Auto) settings, but a false ETH session template. No way of producting correct pivots that way.
