REAL TIME NT INTO EXCEL

So I have a custom verison of a DOM with multiple columns in NT that updates real time.

How can I have excel with the same format as my modified dom pull in the data and update real time? I am doing this so I can easily do some analysis and graphing the way I think it should be done rather then be limited to NT or other charting programs.
