ATW DPTL in automated trading strategy

I want to use the indicator DPTL in automated trading strategy (Ninja trader ).
Can you help answer these questions

I don't know what ATW DPTL is, but if it's a commercial indicator, not all commercial indicators are made visible for use in strategies by default.
I used to be a member of the ATW (waste of money by the way). Anyways, the DPTL stands for Dual Pivot Trend Line. To create a DPTL you need to have at least two overlapping pivots . I've attached a picture to make it a little clearer.

Pivot Trend Line" but it gave no results. Could you explain in a few words the algorithm of calculating these levels?
