This indicator will allow you to have a fixed y-axis while you scroll. It's especially useful for bar types such as range or renko. I mainly use it to keep the bars from enlarging unnecessarily as the chart auto adjusts giving the appearance of a trend when really it's just due to lack of movement in the previous bars.

After you import the indicator use the bottons on the right* hand side to "fix/unfix y axis" and "center price". I hope that answers your question unless you're referring to something else.

If you're referring to changing the actual size of the bar's width you'll have to right click the chart and change it in "data series" and/or click the y axis and adjust the height of the bars manually, but I assume you might already know that.
