I have experienced this on my remote server. To remedy this just go to your task manager: (Ctrl, Alt, Delete) and then select task manager as an option. Depending on your OS version you may have the ninja trader app running under process or details. Just look for the App Ninja Trader and it will show each application object (Chart, Replay, Control Center, etc.)
From the task manager now just select Replay by right clicking and there is an option called "Bring to Font".
This will fix your issue.
