It is my pleasure to welcome back NinjaTrader for a webinar on Tuesday, March 22nd @ 4:30PM Eastern US. The webinar will be presented by Dave Ingram and Matthew Hendricks from NT Product Management.
This webinar will discuss the new platform NinjaTrader 8, and there will also be a Q&A session.
Join us for the live webinar with NinjaTrader on Tuesday, March 22nd at 4:30 PM ET to preview a selection of the 500+ user driven enhancements available in NinjaTrader 8.
Currently in Public Beta, NinjaTrader 8 has been re-architected using modern design techniques including a fully multi-threaded core to deliver greater performance and flexibility than ever before. Building upon this new framework, NinjaTrader 8 equips discretionary and automated traders with dynamic functionality, optimized navigation through a robust user interface and unmatched market analysis capabilities.
This live preview of NinjaTrader 8 Beta will be focused on Charting enhancements and the expanded market analysis functionality available through the NinjaTrader SuperDOM.
Don't forget to join us at 4:30 PM EST tomorrow for this awesome webinar. We are about half full on registrations, space is limited so be sure to register and get in as soon as you can.
Sorry joined the webinar late and wasn't sure how to post a question in there. Just watching the part now on the Alerts window... the features here are great but it's really inefficient to use. I know there have been requests on the NT forum but we need a way to save a default template for our alerts.
If we are watching many symbols and wanting to place alerts on smaller timeframes it's almost impossible.
For example, if I want a simple alert that sends a popup and creates a sound on a cross of a horizontal line it takes something like 12 mouse clicks to achieve. Saving our defaults will really make this so much easier. Even better is to not only have a default template, but also to be able to right-click on a chart object and 'Apply default alert' from the drop-down menu.
...Not to take anything away from the outstanding capability you have built in, but it is to time-consuming for some repeatable tasks.
I have sent the recording to @Big Mike, I apologize for the delay. Took me a day longer to it finished because of my schedule. We are making a change that should decrease the time to get the webinars posted in the future.
