Is anyone here experiencing issues with the datafeed on Rithmic? Seems to just freeze, and then populate after a 5-15min pause. This has never happened before and now has happened 3-5 times today alone. Very hard to trade like this you can probably agree.
Edit: I have now had no price movement on Jigsaw/NT8 for 30min
Update: I have been notified by support that Rithmic is dealing with a hardware failure, so CBOT data is lagging majorly today.
Guys - you are talking about Level II data, correct ?
I get Level I with no problem....

this has nothing to do with level 2 data. I had massive problems with Rithmic again today, a friend also had problems today. Rithmic used to be a pretty good data feed, sadly not anymore. I think that has to do with the fact that there are more and more prop trading companies that all use the Rithmic feed. you can't always connect more to the same infrastructure without expanding something.

I've been struggling with Rithmics intraday Historical data server.
The issues are erratic, and tend to occur during high load sessions, like around 4:00 pm. I'll request earlier trades, and it will return with missing or incomplete data.
I've been emailing them about this for a week now, but they have not been much help.
It was actually suggested to me by Rithmic, that I should just record the live data instead of requesting it.
Yup, failure to log in. Failure to show existing trades. Completely unacceptable. In email response they always have an excuse. 3 years with NT Brokerage....zero complaints. They are the low bidder. Express your frustration with you checkbook. This is a business....for us and them.
