I seem to have lost all contact with "Trade the Plan" and Daniel Roe.
Does anybody have any information?

I have experienced the same issue. Have sent multiple messages via email, website contact and Facebook over three weeks all to no avail. Also noticed that their authorisation server which keeps their software up to date has been offline for at least 3 weeks. It appears to have affected the software in some way since I can no longer customise the settings on his toolbar indicator which I use a lot. I know that Daniel Roe has had a number of health challenges recently and am wondering if something serious has happened. It is very surprising that none is apparently monitoring their support email.
