I don't even have a copy of TWS but it sounds like it is in the new download.
You may want to check https://www.multicharts.com/net/ and see if there is a download on their site.
Again, I don't know since I use neither one at this time.

Press Login at the top of the page.
Press Trader Workstation Beta.
In TWS go to Analytical Tools and you will notice Multichart Icon.
