Hello Everyone,
I wonder if anybody can share one's approach to creating custom plots.
Initially, I thought Matlab would be an ideal solution, but it is expensive (and I cannot afford to lose money on both stock market and software). Octave (open source analog of Matlab) is mostly for Linux, and I need to stay on Windows, as I am not tech savvy.
So I started looking at custom libraries. I found Oxyplot for C#. It is pretty powerful, but requires some meaningful programming skill some knowledge of WPF and MVVM (for timely update of a plot).
I know many broker offer some scripting tools, but I expect my computations/transformations to be fairly intense, and I think I need some object oriented code to handle and graph it.
Regards,
