Wasn't sure exactly where to put this helpful video from Kitco/Gareth Soloway. However, there are several psychological points on discipline throughout so thought this section would be appropriate. This video is publicly available on Kitco's YouTube channel. Just some good solid basic (free) advice for the beginner trader. Wish I watched something like it when I first started trading - would have saved me a lot of money.
