I am interested to know has anyone turn profitable in his/her trading because of a particular thread in a trading forum esp futures.io (formerly BMT)?

I had been through many trading forums, I would say IMO the information available on futures.io (formerly BMT) is of the highest quality.

Do share with us which thread helped you to become profitable or had revolutionize the way you trade It can be any thread - a trading journal, an indicator or even a vendor recommendation.

I interested to know if I missed out any great thread in futures.io (formerly BMT).

IMO your question depends on the trading experience level, besides, as far as I am concerned futures.io (formerly BMT) has more to do with self confidence than with profit, getting to know people who share your same ideas and methods and learning about new tecniques, indicators, strategies or what so ever is always enriching and interesting but the last word is always up to me; I am open to anykind of learning but I adapt it to my own personal style and needs.

Obvious but you can also scroll the most viewed thread list and follow the majority rule, that is normally what I do.

I do agree with your point. But to be more on the subject there are several I liked and checked stuff out. I know some of you will take my head off after I post this, but one the other hand what is working for me might not work for you.

I followed some one who suggested one time to go to www.tradershelpdesk.com
I like Gail and have learned how to be safer trader, follow my own rules, how to read indicators and price. Have been making money with this stuff for about 9 months.

Just about 2 weeks ago I found one other post about eminisniper and now following Rob and Hugo. I like to scalp and make 5 traders within 2 to 3 hours.

I also like any posts that are offered by Fat Tails, Sharky, Jeff-CCI stuff, Mike Winfrey and Beth.

Agree with you, redratsal.


Since I started the thread, I should indicate for myself, Gomi's volume ladder made a huge difference for me when it comes to trading ES. It is an indicator I cannot do without when I trade ES now.
