I just spoke to TST and they cleared the cache...
I just spoke to TST and they cleared the cache from within NT8. They said this was the cause. Thanks for the help.

First I noticed the DOM was acting strange, like 5 contracts on the offer and 1 on the bid, then all the way up the book there would be odd numbers on the offer and bids, like 10, 3, 13, 11, 8 etc...

But it's happened twice in one day on two separate contracts so I doubt this is the last time it will occur.
