Somebody has to pay for the damage to the installation. And think about it, if you don't have those $ 200, you can't be sure, that any of your friends will help you out, as you are already dead.

If you do not want to touch the wire, there are other options. This would not be suicide, but you can plead for stupidity. So you will not go to hell.

No, no, no, ... he/she'll pay; if he/she is an unrepentant sinner, the first assignment in hell is the payment of the $200 fine , then followed with everlasting hell fire, and which is more painful than the self-induced electrocution; if he/she is a repentant sinner, then heaven'll still beckon on him/her with everlasting joy and peace.
