Somebody has to pay for the damage to the installation. And think about it, if you don't have those $ 200, you can't be sure, that any of your friends will help you out, as you are already dead.
No, no, no, ... he/she'll pay; if he/she is an unrepentant sinner, the first assignment in hell is the payment of the $200 fine , then followed with everlasting hell fire, and which is more painful than the self-induced electrocution; if he/she is a repentant sinner, then heaven'll still beckon on him/her with everlasting joy and peace.
Surely, but not in $$$$$$$$$$$ (unless you're carrying over a fine from earth to the gate ); and no option of a re-born/born-again @ the gate of decision; its either to heaven or to hell.
