Hey everyone,

heres another EA i made awhile ago. It uses the MAMA indicator which can be downloaded for strategy trader here: Mesa Adaptive Moving Average (MAMA) by John Ehlers

It buys with a bullish crossover, and sells with a bearish crossover.

It exits when the opposite crossover is given.

One EA only buys, the other EA only sells so that you can put it on uptrending and downtrending pairs. I can make it into only one if desired, but I don't think taking bullish crossovers in a downtrending market is wise and visa versa.

MAMAstrat only sells and MAMAbuy only buys.

The EA is pretty basic but hopefully it can generate some forum activity, enjoy.

I want to to convert the MAMA indicator into a MAMA strategy in NT8. Basically using the MAMA and FAMA crossover as entry and exit point. Has anyone done that in here. I went through the NT8 indicator forum and did not find it. Any help would be much appreciated.

I had also tried to do the same in past using NT8, but inside the strategy we can't use this indicator since they are COLOR based.

If we can separate the MAMA and FAMA into two separate indicators, we can use their crossover in the strategy. I am trying to see if we can get these two set-up as a separate indicators.
