This is nice!

Quoted from an email to customers:

Dear MB Trading Clients,

We are pleased to announce that effective Nov 29 th, 2009, our standard Forex commission rate for all* MB Trading Futures clients will be reduced to $2.95 per 100k USD Traded. For those trading at $5.00, this will be equal to a 41% savings on the cost of each trade executed on our system. This reduction in cost will apply to all MetaTrader4 and MBT Navigator accounts and be automatically set in your trading account at start-up on Sunday, November 29 th.

This is the first of many exciting changes to come as we get ready to enter the New Year.

Only market-makers type brokers put the commission in the spread and they trade against you!

Interactive Brokers adds commissions to their trades in addition to the spread. Most brokers offering Currenex and Hotspot platforms do too. These brokers don't trade against you.

Zoe -

you can read a little more on forex here.

Sam and I did a little back and forth. Non ecn brokers are pretty shady. Take a look at the broker "tools" I showed...

Lots of rumors the last couple months about MBT, I think it's probably part of an overall larger strategy they are unveiling shortly.

MBT is a great brokerage, low margin requirements as well for futures

and is ONLY brokerage w/ a *fixed* mt4 platform. ie no bs plugins from the trading desk blowing sniffing our your stops, or delayed executions to force slippage.

Any guesses what BigMike's referring to when he says "...part of an overall larger strategy they are unveiling shortly."???

Even MBTradings reps on forums have said there's big news a comin' beyond the commish cut...gossipy minds need to know.

Hello!
Does any NT with MBT (navigator)?
Are there problems? Especially when the connection?

Yes NT works with MBT...but not the Navigator.

If you only use MBT to trade then you use the Navigator to make your orders.

If you use NT and use MBT data you can also use the NT ATM Strategies to place your orders through MBT and manage them.

There's lots of info on NT's support site:
