i do it every day, even if I do not trade. I find myself at day 9 and my results are wonderful. trading is no longer my number one. sedona, core in combination with alpha theta stereo sounds coding slowly my brain. so slow that i almost do not notice, but i feel it.

it makes me a better person, dealer and father.

in the morning i go with my dog and listen my sounds and all my emotions goes. after work i make a 30 minute meditation with a/t and all my errors say good bye. the result is a clear mind for trading so i have clear signals.

I do not know exactly what or who caused the alteration, but i know it happend.
no coding, no development, just trading ...
