What is most programmer-friendly trading platform with builtin autotrading API? What platform provide the most EASY way of creating autotrading robots? Excluding Mt(4 & 5), NinjaTrader, jForex.

Multicharts- uses the same Easylanguage as Tradestation and can handle autotrading, connects to a dozen or more brokers for autotrading ..

Without a doubt to me, Prodigio on thinkorswim is the easiest. It has had growing pains with bugs however it does a good job as-is right now. The logic programming is all visual drag-and-drop logic boxes that are wired together on a palette. There is no need to be concerned with script syntax as all that is done for you in the background on their server when you save your rules or strategies. They also have a great realtime scanner for manual trading that does a lot more than Finviz with a lot of realtime power. You can run your rules in TradeOptics to get an alert when a match occurs or you can link management conditions to your rule and let the robot do the trade.

They still don't have a way of capturing your entry price and time in the strategy so it still needs some more improvements (they are working on those). It also only trades stocks so you are limited there.

The question was "what is the easiest"...to me its Prodigio. Some of the other ones do give you more options.

I was going to show an example of a rule but I now see you must have 5 posts before you can paste an image...too bad..oh well I tried to help.
