Hi my name is Ruslan.
Im from Seattle area. I been trading options and futures for about 3-4 years on and off. Been trying and working on my strategy and mostly on my money management and discipline. Winning a bit , but loosing all on a couple of trades. I think it sound very familiar to many. I Hope this journal will benefit my self, and it may be helpful to others. Feel free to write your opinion, recommendation or suggestion. That's my ultimate goal to become a better trader. So one head is good but two is better.
Thank you everyone in advance.

BOT WEEKLY option on AAPL 520 put @2.9, when it failed to get above resistance level. My target was at S2 Pivot which was at 573 level. It did not hit my target, cause i exited earlier around 576 level. There was a big up candles if you would look at 1min chart. So i decided to exit my trade @3.85. Not bad considering that i used all account money which at this point is $384.

BOT VIX 17 puts for @.45
Seems like for the past 3 months 20-21 level is very unsustainable.

I have some interesting charts /GC to show you guys. Red line on my chart is long term up trend which going back to beginning of 2008 when GOLD was at $700 level. For the past month we came in close to that trend line and every time we penetrated it, /GC didn't stay below for more that 9 hours.
It will be interesting to watch /GC for the next 2 weeks, cause long term up trend will meet intermediate down trend. If that happen, personally i think /GC will go higher to $1745 - $1730 level it depends on how fast it get there, and it will be a great opportunity to make some good money on GLD options.

Didn't have any trade setups this week yet. On one i feel good for being patient and waiting for a good opportunity, but on the other side i see daily moves and opportunities to make money but i don't have right tools, enough knowledge and system to qualify and take a trade. Tired and depressed of looking, searching, googling for SOMETHING that will help my trading.
Need someones advice, or guidance to the right path.

Thank u
