I tried to paint some candles with the following code on a SBS Renko chart but
it seems that there is a problem to access historical values like Close[1] ?

Here the code:

if ( Close[1] < Close[0])
BarColor = Color.Yellow;

Nothing happens ?

Check the Control Center Log, you'll see an error.

Add this to the top of OnBarUpdate()

Mike another problem:

I tried this and it doesnt work:

if (Math.Abs(Close[0] - Open[0]) == 4*TickSize)
BarColor = Color.Yellow;

another variant:

if(ATR(1)[0] == 4*TickSize)
BarColor = Color.Yellow;

???

if (Math.Abs(Close[0] - Open[0]) >= 4*TickSize)
BarColor = Color.Yellow;


This works. Some C# thing with double values I think.
