Does anyone trade forex with TOS? Can someone comment on typical spreads for EURUSD, USDJPY?

I don't trade forex but here's a sample from the DOM 6:41am Pacific Time 7/27/12
I saw it range from 2 to 6 pips during a 5 minute watch
