I was looking for a Heiken Ashi that will plot along a moving aving average. Typically called the HAMA. I have this in MT4 and not a coder. I could include code if someone is willing to take a look. Or if they know it exists out there already it would be great.

Here is what is looks like in Metatrader. You have your regular renko bricks. Then a HAMA plotted in same price graph which runs a bit slower and keeps me out of some trades. Works fine here I just hate traing in MT4..

The Heiken Ashi indicators that Fat Tails posted. I believe that one of those has the versatility that you seek. You can smooth or apply an average, if I remember correctly. DB
