Does anyone know how to change the display of profit and loss based on bid/ask instead of the last traded price since this is going to be very annoying when scalping instruments like DAX when spreads quickly change from 0.5 to 1.0.
I've found the settings to change the display to ticks and currency values but its still basing those calculations on the last traded price instead of the actual bid/ask.
Help would be greatly appreciated

Even though this is not supported in the Trade Window, you can do something similar using a spreadsheet study, and one or more instances of the Text (Large) Display for Study study. The spreadsheet does the calculations and the display study will put the values anywhere in the chart region. See here:
