I trade with Infinity Futures and use their Sierra Charts software to trade.
Yesterday, I entered a market order to get out after the 10am news didn't pop the market. It would have been only a tick loss but the market order that was obviously placed didn't execute. Market sunk and I was in a 9 tick loss by the time my broker answered his phone.
His advice to me was to not trade on the Sierra Charts but use their DOM. I hate the DOM cause the flickering ticks makes me ADHD...anyways, he said he's never seen anything like my picture before and said my picture was too blurry to see it clearly. They can't refund me for my loss due to signing disclosures, etc.
