Unlike most here, at least so it seems, I'm primarily and equity and equity options trader. I have MultiCharts (MC), which I am looking to use more for these purposes.

I've been on IB's website, so I apologize if I missed it, but where can one see a comprehensive list of what is provided with respect to equity and market data? I found that it is free for the North American exchanges so long as there is at least $30 in monthly commissions, but I didn't see what exactly is provided...

As an example, with a current broker's feed that I have for MC, they don't provide the mkt's advancers and decliners, so I cannot compute the McClellan Oscillator. They also do not provide the implied volatility for an equity. Does IB provide such data? I would like to think so...

I don't know. The data for US stock markets should be included, but I don't know about the futures and options markets.

But I see another problem: these data are available for IB's Market Scanner. You want to plot them in MC. I do not know whether all of these data are available for 3rd party programs.

I'm afraid you will either have to ask someone at IB or test it.

A very good point FGBL07, thank you. That is why I'm on the MC board also, attempting to hear from others who pump IB data into MC. My desire for such data is not exactly popular amongst most who have that platform (futures traders). I tried reaching-out to IB before, to no avail. I'll go direct to MC to see if they can help.
