Difference between market and volume profile, pros and cons of each, and possibly how each is used?

Market Profile is based on time, hence TPO is time price opportunity.

Volume Profile is based on volume.

Almost all other terms such as Value Areas, VAH/VAL, POC, are all interchangeable.
