Hi not sure if this is correct place for this post but my Mirus-Zen fire- multicharts combo will not connect today at all in either real time mode or sim mode from either of my 2 computers.
I have been trying for 2 hours to no avail. I guess USA is still asleep but not sure if its just me or not. Anyone else connected ok today or not ?
I have sent a email to Mirus but I'm going to miss the US trading session which begins shortly. Any ideas as to what I can try to remedy the situation.
All settings appear fine just no connection, maybe an Internet server issue, no idea really ?
Too often I get "host servers not reachable" with Mirus on various instruments at various instances when I want to update a chart or change to another contract month or retrieving historical data for a chart. It's getting more than annoying..
This has been an issue now for the past couple weeks. I also had to get past a similar issue on NT (and it was frustrating at first). You can check out these existing threads for related issues and their temporary and permanent solutions.
I am working on a backup computer for the past week or so since my newer computer's hard drive crashed. This backup computer is on Windows Vista. I am using Ninja Trader (newest version 14) along with Rithmic/Vision data feed (through Optimus).
I know that as of yesterday if I was not running the latest version of Sierra Charts I would not get data. There was probably a change in ZenFire that affected all platforms. But I upgraded over the weekend and never noticed any outages, and I run charts 24/6.
I had a notification when I opened Sierra about a week ago that I needed to upgrade before that date.
