I'm new to big mikes site hope I can contribute. I listened to mikes video in his blog about indicators and money management and couldn't agree more (I liked the song too cracked me up), anyway Ive had all the indicators off my chart for a couple years now best thing i ever did. But the reason im posting here is i have an idea for an automated stategy that uses price only. no indicators at all maybe one could be added if helped but the system i have in mind looks like a big winner but I have no coding or strategy experience. If anyone is willing to put some time in I would be happy to share my idea with them if they were willing to see if it will really work or not. I think it would be easy to backtest but im not sure having no coding skills oh ya Im a ninja user.

unfortunatly Ninja's order management system can be a big pain... esp working trying to work both long and short orders at the same time...

but what do you need i'm sure if one person can't do it, a group effort can

first let me see if i can figure out how to post a chart. I found the attachment button is there something else to do? if theres no chart i guess so, The arrows are 3 entries that would have been generated using my idea. risk 6 ticks target depending on your scale and the atr of the bars but usually 12 to 16 ticks more on your runners. Thats another aspect id like to back test wheather ist better to go all in all out or scale out. But either way after the first two trades i would have been done for the day.

I dont sim trade and take some of the trades some of the time i have a different type of trading i do most of the time this system is in developement still.
