I have the same issues. Its not possible to build a FDAX chart but there is data, the SuperDom shows prices. Also no daily volume indication of futures.
Ninja is aware off the problem FDAX, all data is dispayed times 10.
Today, 30/12/2013 i have been frequently disconnected. I guess they are working to resolve the issues with the data.
No trading for me under those conditions. I will try next year :-)
I've had the multiple disconnect / reconnect issue for quite a while. Lots of finger pointing between Mirus and Ninja. Today, had trouble getting NT up after upgrade, still lots of lost connection instances. I know that new technology needs to be tested, but I am nearing the end of my rope with Ninja. Will look into Sierra and any others suggested.
I generally trade the FDAX and I also can't display a useful chart for the FDAX at the moment. As you say I expect the problem will soon be resolved. It's now New Year's eve here in Australia, so a good time to have a tech problem.
Its mirus handling zenfire. but its data from zenfire. Helpdesk at mirus is offline, all the time i did take a look ( today also ) i think they are under pressure to have it all fixt before loosing to mutch clients.
