I just spoke to Sean about this and he said they could have Zen Fire/Big Tick back in two weeks.
I have accounts at 3 other firms and so far Mirus has been the best on many levels. I have traded on IB and this week and I found issues in just 3 trading sessions. I really hope Mirus gets back or I will be looking for something else.
Who is Sean? An official statement about that would be nice

As you can see i never post... just had to share for those with RCG. I asked them if i had to open with dorman and they sent me this giving me 'alternatives', unfortunately its not really an option for me as my whole setup is on ninja.
Thank you for the inquiry. We do have alternatives for RCG accounts, though not with NinjaTrader . They are listed below:
• QTrader, CQG Trader, Integrated Client on CQG
• CTS on T4
• Onyx Plus/Onyx Plus Web on Onyx
If you would like to make the transition, please email us with your account number, name, and choice. Please let us know if you have any other inquiries.
Regards,
Mirus Support

Yes, this is unfortunate and I am sorry that Mirus does not have NinjaTrader options at RCG however, you can go directly to RCG and they can offer you Continuum for NinjaTrader. I did issue an advisory for traders in your situation to know what other brokerage options you have.

I'll have to know the data and platform costs. Maybe pay Kinetick for a month or get a free trial somewhere for Ninja charting and then use one of the above platforms for execution for a month or two until Zen comes back. Maybe Mirus will offer a Kinetick Rebate.
